Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire after 12 months. Points reset to 0 on your anniversary date.

How do I earn points?

How do I check my points balance?
First, log into your account and click on the page for an overview of your points.
What happens to my points when I return items?
When items are refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your point balance.
How do I spend my points?
Once you’re ready to check out, open your cart by clicking the shopping bag in the top right corner of our site to view your points balance and the redemption options. Select the points you’d like to apply to your order and continue to checkout! You can add as many rewards as your balance permits.

You must perform the action on the Natural Pigments Friends Rewards page. Please note that adjusting your points balance could take up to 24 hours. How long will I keep my VIP tier status?
Your tier eligibility will expire after 12 months from the date you enter the tier. Spending with us during those 12 months will renew your eligibility in that tier.
